This class is a high intensity full body workout, including plyometrics.
We do a high heart rate workout, then recover before the next move.
 We continue this pattern throughout class.
NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH BAD JOINTS!!!


*Heart rate monitors and track cleats are highly recommended
*If you have 3-5 lbs weights please bring them.

It is recommended to eat a light snack before class, please come early to pay and stretch.
